Dried wood chips and sawdust are used in the production of pellets. Dried wood chips and sawdust are crushed in a mill and pressed using 6 mm diameter dies. Increasing the pressure increases the temperature of the raw material, which is necessary to activate the lignin contained in the wood fiber cells that hold the pellet together.
Softwood briquettes are produced by pressing wood chips obtained by calibrating or planing lumber, and they are an economical and energy-efficient fuel. Due to their density and low moisture content, wood chip briquettes have a high heat capacity. Briquettes contain less ash, ensuring cleaner and more fire-safe combustion.
We offer pellets and briquettes in various volumes.
