Terms of Delivery
DELIVERY PROVIDER
The delivery is carried out by SIA VUDLANDE using its own transport.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
The delivery timeframe is up to 10 (ten) working days from the confirmation of the order and receipt of payment.
DELIVERY FEE
The delivery cost depends on the volume of ordered materials and the distance of the delivery address from SIA VUDLANDE.
Distance up to 100 km: For up to 1 pallet of pellets or briquettes (including incomplete pallets):
1 pallet – EUR 15.00; 2 pallets – EUR 30.00; 3 pallets – EUR 45.00
For each additional pallet – EUR 15.00 extra.
DISTANCE RATE
If the client has ordered timber (non-fuel) materials, the distance rate is applied.
Or, if the delivery distance from the SIA VUDLANDE factory to the client’s specified address exceeds 100 km, the distance rate of EUR 1.15 per kilometer is applied, starting from the 1st kilometer.
