When purchasing goods in our online store, you can choose your preferred method of receiving the goods – delivery or collection at our production facility using your own transport.
COLLECTION AT OUR PRODUCTION FACILITY
If you choose to collect the goods at our production facility, after the invoice has been paid and payment confirmation has been received, you may pick up your order at the following address:
“Lejasupītes”, Launkalne Parish, Smiltene Municipality, LV-4729, Latvia (120th kilometer of the Riga–Veclaicene highway).
Goods can be collected on working days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
When collecting the goods, the delivery note must be presented (either in printed or electronic form).
The order must be collected from our production facility within 5 (five) days from the date the seller has sent the notification that the order has been completed.
DELIVERY
Delivery is provided by SIA “Vudlande” using its own transport.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the volume of the ordered materials and the distance of the delivery address from SIA “Vudlande”.
The costs are determined after the order is received and agreed upon with the client.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
The client must ensure access roads and access to the delivery location.
Unloading of goods is carried out next to the delivery vehicle unless otherwise agreed.
The client is responsible for accepting the goods at the time of delivery and signing the delivery note.
We accept payments via bank transfer after receiving the invoice, as well as online payment options:
